This position is responsible for engaging MRC prospects in sales opportunities by originating, managing and qualifying sales leads created from various marketing programs and individual prospecting efforts. Interact with high level C level executives in a strategic and consultative manner. Performance will be scored based on several factors; however, the primary goal is to focus on building the sales pipeline. Responsible and accountable for achieving assigned monthly performance goals, as well as supporting the teams performance goals. In addition, this person must be able to react quickly to changes to existing sales and marketing plans and/or new initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
Identify, develop and qualify business sales opportunities through prospecting activities including contact discovery, cold calling and lead qualification activities
Lead generation through outbound calls- 100 calls per day.
Proficiency in lead finding strategies must bring an excellent skill set.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal team members within sales, marketing and the channel in order to facilitate effective communication and collaboration to support the companys business and growth objectives
Must possess hunter mentality
Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of Xerox products and technologies, competitive products and industry trends
Accountable for meeting assigned personal and team goals & objectives; continual review of key performance metrics with management to identify ways to increase results
Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with both high-level decision makers and technical influencers.

The focus of the team is on acquiring new customers and developing stronger relationships with existing customers our teams are pivotal in growing our reputation for delivery and commitment.
Build & maintain a strong Pipeline and constantly deliver on your weekly sales forecast
Achieve industry leading customer satisfaction levels
Win business across all Xerox lines of business, with an emphasis on higher margin & more complex solutions
Drive campaign activity to achieve a high closure rate
Focus on prospecting using our CRM tool to cascade opportunities within MRC
Be a single point of contact for our customers at all times
With your manager, take responsibility for your on-going training and development
Develop a network of core contacts within MRC to maximize your efficiency
Prioritize on multiple demands and be flexible with your time
An engaging and enthusiastic outlook will be essential to your success in this role and we will be further impressed if you can demonstrate:
A passion for new business sales as well as a keenness to grow existing relationships
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
How you build trust with your customers
AA degree in business or other related field
Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook)
Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)
Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
BS/BA degree in business or other related field
Previous inside sales experience
Previous CRM experience
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability; willingness to take risks and try new approaches
