We are searching for an experienced, highly-motivated and motivating Sales Manager that desires to become part of a XEROX company. We are looking a Sales Manager who has a proven track record of success and who wants to work in a successful environment where the "sky is the limit" when it comes to your compensation.
The Sales Manager is a full-time management position responsible for leadership, profitability, growth, and direction of all sales activity within assigned market. The position will provide proactive leadership to a sales team to achieve maximum profitability and productivity in line with company vision and values.

Develop a plan that includes goals, objectives and strategies that ensure budget attainment of sales goals, margins and direct selling expenses to meet profit and revenue goals.
Responsible for the performance and development of the sales representatives.
Implement sales and/or marketing strategy.
Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team to insure focused activity.
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Conduct one-on-one review with all sales reps to build more effective communications, to more clearly understand training and development needs and to provide insights to each individual as to how to improve his/her sales and activity performance.
Provide timely feedback to management regarding individual salesperson activities/performance and sales forecasts.
Evaluate and maintain customer pricing and profitability.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures and take immediate action if violated
Ensures that MRC policies are communicated and implemented.
Always be in full compliance with the companys business ethics code.
Creates a success culture while building a strong team.
Assists direct sales staff in preparation of proposals and presentations.
Recruit, evaluate and hire sales reps.
Insure all territories are occupied with salespeople that can meet or achieve assigned sales quotas.
Maintain quality 100% manpower levels at all times.
Insure that each salesperson meets or exceeds all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, demonstrations/presentation, proposals and closes.
Directs and coordinates the activities of sales staff by delegating authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
Sets examples for salespeople in the areas of personal character, emotional commitment, organizational skills, selling skills and work habits.
Conduct regular coaching and counseling sessions that build salesperson motivation and selling skills.
Develop rapport and effective interaction with all company employees.
Demonstrates effective control over the plans, issues and obstacles surrounding the sales organization and demonstrates effective follow-up to insure that the issues, plans and obstacles are handled effectively.
Demonstrates ability to influence others.
Demonstrates high competitiveness, a strong will and sound business judgment.
Has high personal ethical standards and communicates those standards to all other company employees.
As requested, assist in development and implementation of various marketing plans.
Works to support other departments in attaining their goals.
Conduct on a routine basis, sales meetings/teleconferences that focus on timely sales employee developmental needs.
Invest time with sales representatives in the field to train, coach and insure that all aspects of sales training are being implemented.
Train and coach sales reps through observing and documenting performance, providing feedback and providing appropriate recognition/counseling.
Has a full understanding of all products, their targeted clients and all applications.
Is fully knowledgeable about client buying cycles.
Is fully knowledgeable about the sales process and can demonstrate proficiency in each step.
Applicants MUST HAVE at least 2 years of INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE for consideration.
Ability to work under stress/pressure to meet deadlines and financial objectives.
Ability to travel to customer sites, off-site meetings, company related function, etc. with short notice.
Must have valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage
Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation skills) and business acumen.
A record of meeting goals and revenue targets with personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a high performing team-oriented environment.
Organizational skills and ability to pull resources together and facilitate a group from service, finance and operations to formulate account strategies.
3-5 years of management experience within the industry.
BS/BA/AA degree in business or other related field
