Solutions Sales Executive

MRC360 is a Xerox company based in San Diego, CA with offices across the state and is currently recruiting experienced sales executives for its document management solutions practice based in the Bay Area.

You are accustomed to generating a $1m plus quota in the small to medium business market with a demonstrated background of success.
You understand how to qualify opportunities and have developed long term customer relationships at a C-Level. You see a move to a company like MRC360 as the next step in your sales career and have communication and organizational strengths, know how to build solid business relationships, and can think creatively to solve complex problems on behalf of your clients.
We believe that prior direct sales experience in Content Management, Business Process Management or Scan Capture solutions will be a plus, however any candidate with prior IT solutions sales positions into specific vertical markets will be considered.
Desired Skills & Experience
Direct sales of MRC360 solutions software, hardware and IT infrastructure products within the Los Angeles and Orange County territory in order to meet your quota.
Formulate the strategies, tactics and account plans necessary to identify opportunities and generate profitable revenue.
Work across a matrixed organization to leverage internal resources to progress and close business.
Have the ability to travel to client sites and conduct business assessments and develop solution presentations.
Daily maintenance of prompt and accurate sales pipeline forecasting with a good understanding of using CRM tools.
Four Year College Degree
Knowledge of content management or business process management solutions is a plus. Experience with software or system sales is preferred.
Two years proven software solution sales experience.
In depth understanding of a solution based sales cycle and processes.
Solid communication and presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to develop compelling value based proposals.
Formal training in value selling and solution selling methodologies.
