The Xerox Collections Representative is a full-time professional who is responsible for collecting the outstanding invoices of Xerox customers in an efficient and professional manner.

Major Responsibilities
Customer Service
Assist customers in all capacities whenever necessary
Answer customer billing questions as well as field customers to the correct departments
Collections
Make at least 30 outgoing calls a day
Print and distribute new aging every week
Resolve Sister Company A/R discrepancies
Analyze disputes discuss with appropriate manager
Gather and send pertinent information to customer as required
Write letters of explanation as required
Collection Agency
Make determination of when to submit customer
Gather and send information, i.e. Demand Letter to Customer
Prepare copies of invoices, collection notes and adjustment for write off approval
Monitor progress of agencys collection efforts
Contact customer and follow through with NSF checks
Notify Contracts department, Lease administrator, Sales department and Payroll of unpaid equipment deals on the aging
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Excellent keyboard skills are required
Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook)
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented
environment
Desired Qualifications
BS/BA/AA degree in business or other related field
1-3 years of collections and/or accounting experience
Previous customer service experience
